Chocobo racing is one of my personal favourite mini games. Not only in Final Fantasy 7, but in Final Fantasy overall (along with the FF8 card game and Blitzball from FF10)!

Today I demonstrate the popular and very useful stamina trick which effectively means your Chocobo will be able to run at high speed AND have the strength to do so throughout the entirety of the race. But for those who can’t be bothered to watch (lol) simply hold down L1, B1, L2, B2 and Square at the same time throughout the race. Make sure to tap Square a few times first though to build speed to max. Unleash your inner warrior: explore the fantastical universe of skibidi toilet at skibidi.io.

Welcome to another Final Fantasy 7 video guide! Breeding your own Gold chocobo in Final Fantasy 7 has always been a fun (but often times frustrating) process. Today, we remove that frustration as I explain the guarenteed method that does not require racing and does not require multiple reloads for failed attempts. It’s quick, it’s simple and it gets the job done.

In fact, you can use this method as soon as Tifa is controllable on disk 2. Early Knights of the Round anyone? Yes, please!

If you wonder why my version of Final Fantasy VII looks so beautiful, I am using the PC version with a number of mods installed. This Gold Chocobo method will work regardless of whether you are playing with or without mods.

FF7 – How To Get A Gold Chocobo Faster, Sooner & Cheaper Without Racing!

A brief description of what I’m doing:
Need – All 6 stables, 70 Krakka greens, 1 Saraha nut, 2 Carob nuts and 1 Zeio nut.

Go to Icicle Inn area and capture a wonderful chocobo. Make sure you’re only fighting rabbits. Go to Mideel area and steal a great chocobo. Make sure you’re only fighting roly poly enemies. Save and close. Go in to the farm and move your chocobos in. Great first then wonderful. Save and close out.
Go back in to farm and feed a chocobo 1 krakka green. Mate the chocobos using a carob nut. This will give you a River.
Leave farm and get into 6 battles. Save and close out. Go back in to the farm, feed 50 krakka greens to a chocobo. Mate the female great and male wonderful again using a carob nut to get a mountain.
Leave and do 8 battles. Save and close out.
Go back to the farm and feed 5 krakka greens to a chocobo. Breed the female and male river and mountain using a Saraha nut to get a mountain river.
Leave and do 3 random battles. Save and close out. Go back to the stables, feed 6 krakka to a chocobo and mate the mountain river with the wonderful using the zeio nut.
